Tibet, 14th/ 15th c.H. 17,2 cm
Seated in vajrasana on a lotus base with both hands resting in dhyanamudra on his lap holding stems of lotuses flowering along his upper arms, the left perhaps supporting a vase, wearing dhoti, bejewelled, his chest cast with the mantra ah, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes below arched eyebrows, elongated earlobes with ornaments, his hair combed in a chignon topped with a ratna and secured with a tiara, sealed and decorated with the reversed swatika-emblem.
